About Me

- Hello, I'm Chai and you've never probably heard of me until now. I may be familiar to you because I've met you once when our souls crossed paths. In my past life, I was probably a princess living in Old England, or a World War II chronicler assigned to document the devastation in what is now called Turkey. I may have been a street urchin or a painter or an old Hollywood actress once. But the life I've chosen to hold on to is the life I'm living in right now and I'm glad I can share it with you.:)
Day Four in a Rush

Since I wasn't able to update my blog for my 30-day challenge, I'll write a really really quick entry for this one.
Dear Siblings,
Perhaps there were times in the past when I seemed to have played favoritism on you guys; or there were those days when I favored one of you over the other in a fight that broke out because of the silliest things. I just want you guys to know that I love each of you dearly, and no one is my favorite because you are all equal in my eyes.
I've been a very harsh sister. I know that. But I was only hard on you guys because I want you to be strong, responsible and well-behaved as you are getting older. Sorry for the times I may have physically and emotionally hurt any of you. There is no way I can ever take back the hurtful things I said, nor even pause to rewind the physical assaults I have inflicted on you. However, something as beautiful and universal called forgiveness had been a true blessing indeed. Your forgiveness had been enough to compensate those times I had been a failure as a sister.
But as numerous as our fights had been, the various bonding times we've also had will be more memorable. I will never forget those chips and soda nights while watching a movie; consuming the food I cooked for you guys and screaming for you to clean up after eating; and all those moments of sheer hilarity that are very close to my heart.
I still want to say over a million things to you, but why don't you just let me show you in action, alright?
I hope you will all grow up to be good people.
Love,
Ate
