About Me

- Hello, I'm Chai and you've never probably heard of me until now. I may be familiar to you because I've met you once when our souls crossed paths. In my past life, I was probably a princess living in Old England, or a World War II chronicler assigned to document the devastation in what is now called Turkey. I may have been a street urchin or a painter or an old Hollywood actress once. But the life I've chosen to hold on to is the life I'm living in right now and I'm glad I can share it with you.:)
On Warts, High School Memories and Becs' "I Love You"
July 3rd, is honestly and whole heartedly, the funniest and most awesome day I have had in a long, long while.
After watching the much anticipated ECLIPSE movie, (which shall receive a brief review and rating from yours truly in another post), my high school best friends, Adeline, Cherry, Marissa, Joyce, Alexis and myself ate dinner at äVenetto Pizzeria in MOA. Too bad JP wasn't able to join us anymore because he had to go home early, considering he had to lie to his mother about his whereabouts so that he could finish the movie. HA HA. And after consuming her slice, Joyce had to leave too because she has to prep up for a presentation this coming Monday. Good luck with that bebe!:) Those of us who were left was entertained deeply by Cherry's hilarious stories and bigger-than-life reactions.
Then we decided to move the party (party?! haha) to Blue Wave where we enjoyed a great laughing hour or so over sugar rush inducing frappucinos. And the topic of discussion had been briefly been about this girl everyone made fun of back in high school not just because of the color of her skin, (and the warts in them. haha. mean.:))), but also her exaggerated tendency to be overtly dramatic. I won't name names, I don't want the poor girl to be offended anymore than she already has been while we were talking about her. Looking back at the epic moments in high school had has laughing our butts off and making another group of friends who just came in transfer to the seats outside Starbucks because we could tell they were pissed off at our boisterous laughter.
And we talked about another friend and her momentarily sweet summer bliss with this guy where the "Becs, I love you" statement came from. (By the way, in the event that she reads this, I'd just like to say that they pressured me into spilling what happened between you and that guy, so I hope that's okay! We just missed you!:p) This one made us laughing so hard, we all had a difficult time breathing.
Cherry: "Eh ano ba naman kasi, tibo naman talaga yun si _____, kaya tama lang na ang standard natin sa mga may tendency ay tawaging BECS."
I think I should stop at that now. Anyway, what we have discussed has left a humorous mark in our minds. I still find myself laughing randomly when I look back at the things we've said. I love you, epic friends.:))
No matter how many new friends I'll encounter in this lifetime, I will never ever forget the ones who had been first and closest to my heart.:) Life become more sane for me with you guys around.:) I love you all! And I miss everyone already!:) Until next time!
