About Me

Hello, I'm Chai and you've never probably heard of me until now. I may be familiar to you because I've met you once when our souls crossed paths. In my past life, I was probably a princess living in Old England, or a World War II chronicler assigned to document the devastation in what is now called Turkey. I may have been a street urchin or a painter or an old Hollywood actress once. But the life I've chosen to hold on to is the life I'm living in right now and I'm glad I can share it with you.:)

Inconsistent

Once again, my attempt at a weekly-themed blog entry has failed miserably.

This time, I won't make up any excuses because I just lost passion for the "Top Ten" straight up. I had no idea it could be such a boring theme and I hate myself for even considering I could do it and well, if I'm being honest, maybe I also failed the expectations of some of you who might actually be reading my blog. Well I wish, anyway. HA HA.

However, as I was busily stalking random people's pages last night, I bumped into a certain someone's Tumblr account and found an interesting idea I might use for blogging. I know, I know--there's one out of about a gazillion chances that I won't be able to live up to what I will get myself into, but I do love a good challenge.

Like I said, I'm inconsistent this way. But who cares? It's not like I have a loyal following or something, and I don't think anyone cares enough to actually appreciate my blog. This is the closest thing I could consider as my sanctuary, even though weirdly, it's in cyberspace. So please bear with me and my constant tendency to be err, flighty in terms of finishing theme-induced entries.

Here I go with the irrelevant babbling again. Where was I? Oh yeah. So I saw this Tumblr post, and it gave me a healthy perspective about what I can do with my blog even without the promise of "consistency". Please click here for the actual link.

I am scared because it's supposed to go on for 30 days. I mean, this is the same girl who could barely hold on to a promise of writing according to the theme she imposed on herself. The only difference? Well, I actually feel like there's a chance I can accomplish this one since I just ripped off the idea from another person anyway. AND, to make things clear, I won't be saying stuff like "I'll update it regularly, blah" or whatever, because I can actually opt to skip one or two days, depending on the requisites of that particular day.;) And of course, I shall still write some unrelated entries and everything in between, of course. Because as far as I'm concerned, I'm better off being totally random.
So, with that said, tomorrow is the official start of my 30-day Letter Challenge--DAY ONE: Your Best Friend.:)

Now I shall go back to watching my latest addiction: Pretty Little Liars.
